The airplane device is needed by 6,800 passenger planes in the United States (12,000 abroad), 380,000 small planes in the U.S.

The vehicle device is needed by 6,000,000 un-regulated rental and fuel trucks. Unlike the airplanes, marketing can start now and investment or joint venture are welcomed. Your Governor can mandate the device on rental trucks, cars, and on fuel trucks.

INVESTMENT

With an "install now, pay later" policy, and with AAE meeting the full wish-list as assessed by the FAA - NASA directors, the device can be mandated and AAE welcomes an investment to lobby Washington and to start business.

Licensing is negotiable.

For the vehicle version, the investment is welcomed for joint venture, partnership, or licensing.
