A. Operation:
1. Fish Collection at Lake Nasser: Live-fish carrier boats collect the fish catch and bring the live fish to a floating cage anchored near the dam wall.
2. Crossover the dam wall to the Nile: A motor pumps the fish-water mix from the floating cage and empty it in a motorized inflatable 30-feet carrier boat on the Nile. The carrier go 900 Km down the Nile.
3. Carriers drop live-fish into various market floating cages on the Nile, Each carrier empties its cargo at a destination market float on the Nile then deflated to go back on a land truck for another load from Lake Nasser..
4. Main market are floating cages on the Nile in Cairo and Alexandria.
B. Approximate Cost:
3 Small Live fish 1-Ton carriers that collect live fish from fishermen at the Lake…..$3,500 each
1 Floating cage for cught live fish. On Nasser’s Lake close to the Dam Wall..…$3,000
1 Crossover the dam wall system……………..$7,000
15 20-tons Live-fish mass transport carriers on the Nile Lake-to-Cairo is…..$6,500 each
2 Big market floats on the Nile in Cairo and in Alexandria …..$4,000 each
1 Starting work capital for buying fish from fishermen…….$5,000
14 Carrier drivers on the Nile……………
10 Carrier drivers on the Lake…………
12 Management officers……….

Overhead……………35% of above.
C. Expected Return of invested funds:
1. Operation starts 3 months after funding. Equipments & facilities will be running with live-fish for sale at the Nile bank in Cairo & Alexandria .
2. Profit of $1 million per month begins 6 months after funding.
IV. Note: Lake Nasser can feed all Egypt & The Middle East.
Fish cost at Lake Nasser is about $0.3 / Kg. In Cairo the price of dead fish on ice is about $9 / Kg. Using Biomed Instruments Inc, & AAE’s live-fish transport carrier to mass transport caught live-fish from Lake Nasser to Cairo is about $0.6 / Kg. Each of the 15 carriers makes 2 trips a week delivering 2x20x15 x4=2,400 tons / month.
Within 6 months of operation, the generated profit can double the carriers fleet and the profit.
Dear Fishery
If interested as a managing partner ( You and us put capital) in manufacturing, and worldwide distribution of the folding fish trap that increases the daily catch of small 0ne-fisherman boat 10 folds, please call me or email your phone #.
Manufacturing & marketing requires a total of $300,000 with a time table of 4 months to start full production at a rate of 2,000 traps per day at a cost of $4 / folding trap weighing 0.5 Kg and expanding to 2 meters x 2 meters x 2 meters on sea floor.
The single-fisherman in his current small boat can launch and harvest 2 sets of (20-traps field) without a winch or any extra tools.
Live demonstration of the folded trap expanding at sea floor. www.stealthir.com/fish or www.saferplane.com/fish.
Dr Z has already succeeded in keeping super packed 3Kg of live fish in 5 Kgs of water for 2 days, opening a more efficient way of commercial airlifting across the world.
Fish is abundant at the north-west of the African shores and the Indian sea and can now feed all Asia and Africa.
By: Rashid A. Zeineh, CEO, Advanced American Technology-LLC, 1166 E Valencia Drive, Fullerton California, 92831, USA
This presentation include three parts: A. Introduction. B. General plan. C. Live fish transport from Lake Nasser to Cairo ( or from beach fishery in Yemen to destination in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia )
Attempts to transport fish from Lake Nasser to Cairo:
Attempts by Egyptian authorities, business sector, Ministry of Agriculture, scientific institutes, and the USA Aid have failed so far to transfer fish from Lake Nasser to Cairo. While fish is 20 cents / Kg at Lake Nasser, the price is $12 / Kg in Cairo. Attempted use of train transportation by American Aid funds has failed too.
With Dr. Zeineh’s technology and his seed fund, the price of live fish in Cairo can become lower than $2 / Kg while the new independent live fish business grows fast on its own and fish becomes more affordable to the average Egyptian consumer.
Most world food came from few patches in USA Midwest States and Australia:
Farming of land has limited yield the maximum of which is almost reached. Even the United States is now importing most of its fruits and vegetables from Africa and Latin America.
Future food sources is the vast sea, surface and the deep:
Most of the land is uncultivable desert and mountains. At present the sea has enough fish to feed the world. The northwest of African shores. beach countries as Yemen, and lakes countries as Egypt are rich in seafood but missing link is an economic mass transportation. This gap can be filled by this presented technology.
Further advantages of live fish:
Only dead fish smells. With good care and cleaning, house pet fish, 1 part fish in 1,000 parts water, remains alive for years. Thus there can be a system for market water tanks that rids the fish from the unwanted bad smell, a feature that shoppers and children can enjoy odorless fish swimming in transparent market water tanks.
Foaming technique of proteins and peptides to remove poison from crowdd fish tanks:
Till now uncrowded commercial live fish in 10,000 folds of aerated water tanks remains alive only for 2 weeks. Fish produce their own poison through urine, feces, skin and skin shedding, gills breathing byproducts, and other unknown pollutants that kill them in two weeks. With much better care, pet fish in house tanks remain alive for years.
In crowded fish barrel of 1 part fish in equal part of water, the foaming technique for proteins was used to remove fish own poisons. Fish remained alive for 60 days when the experiment was terminated. Foaming 250 pound of crowded live fish in a boat kept the fish alive for two days during a 160 miles sea trip from Laguna Beach, California to San Diego and back.
Foaming kept dupercrpwded live fish, 4 parts fish in 3 parts of water, kept the fish alive for 2 dayspointing to the possibility of air lifting live fish across the globe, a future most efficient mass transport.
Skeptics “impossibility” comments versus performane-based “show me” live demonstration:
Skeptics have plenty of valid none-self-serving “ifs & buts” and many times their critical negative views are helpful to bring improvements to the open. In our feasibility test and evaluation we start with performance-based demonstration of the live-fish carrier.
For that reason, feasibility and field live demonstration is the starting point of this project. Dr. Zeineh who is accredited for inventing the First Laser Scanner, a 1972 USA patent # 4025200 that then read DNA & Bar Code www.aabi.com Download 1D advanced and run fingerprinting / clustering / or phenotyping, …, the anti hijacking device patent # 6,943,701 www.saferplane.com , Stealth IR & visibility www.stealthir.com , live fish transport http://www.saferplane.com/fish ,& other technologies will not argue the “impossibility” aspect but will start a real transport “Show me style” of fish catch at Lake Nasser to Cairo at no ones expense but his own.

The main steps of the plan are: 1. Fish sonar locators, live fish keepers and efficient fish traps are provided to fishermen at Lake Nasser. 2. Large floating fish cage is stationed at Lake Nasser near the dam wall. 3. Live fish pump in the cage pumps live fish across the dam wall down to the live fish carriers. 4. The motorized inflatable carrier travels down the Nile River & stops at Cairo and other Nile cities for delivery. 5. Skippers & deflated carriers return to Aswan by land pickups.
The key points in the project include the following:
I. Feasibility & Live Demonstration:
A 250 – 1,000 pounds of live fish catch at Lake Nasser is crossed over the dam to a carrier on the Nile. The fish is crowded to 1:1 fish to water ratio. The carrier travels down the Nile for delivery at Cairo destination. ( for a beach country as Yemen, a local fish catch of 1 Ton is crowded into a motorized carrier that travels to Jeddah Saudi Arabia or Kuwait destination or to travel 3 - 5 days at sea at speed of 20 – 45 miles / hour ).
II. Phase 1 1) 50 Live fish keepers (250 Kg capacity) are given to -------------- for fishermen to keep their fish catch alive for delivery to the floating collection cage close to the dam’s wall. 2) 1 Floating fish-catch collection cage
4) 20 Motorized live-fish carriers of 5 – 7 tons ---------- 6) 2 Live-fish pumps to transfer live fish: 1) over the dam 7) 5,000 live fish hand bags to carry live fish from market |
|
II. Phase 2: 2,000 Advanced expandable American fish
traps, 40 traps and 1 GPS ( pinpoint-locator-finder undisturbing to
environment & no one else can find it or steal it ) to each of the 50
small fishing boats. Each folded trap is 0.3x0.3x0.06 meters
weighing 0.5 Kg (instead of 16 of the traditional metal fixed 2x2x2 meters
size ). The American trap is expanded to 2x2x2 meters upon
setting up on sea floor. Each fisherman harvests two different
fields of 20 traps each. This fish trapping by small boats
increases the catching yield by more than 50 fold over that
of fishing by the hook. Hook fishing remains a simultaneous option
0.5 Kg 16 Kg old fixed-size trap
III. Fish population replenishment ( fish eggs hatching, aquaculture growth, & seeding small fish on shores or in lakes )
