1        Fish-eggs hatcher:  At the annual 4-days seasonal Caviar harvest in Alaska, a 2 tons of

fish eggs are frozen for subsequent laboratory controlled-environment incubator with accelerated hatching ( parallel to that of chicken hatchery ).  The hatched tiny fish are grown in a fine wire floating cage. Then, the grown baby fish are transferred to aquaculture in beach floating cages, inland artificial lakes or pounds, riverbanks,or new beach locations for replenishing fish population. Expected 80 million larvae hatched per day to grow in fine-mesh floating cage for 3 months and then transferred to aquaculture cages on lakes, rivers, or sea.

A.  Introduction & need for none-beef none-chicken food:

 

Attempts to transport fish from Lake Nasser to Cairo: 

   Attempts by Egyptian authorities,  business sector, Ministry of Agriculture,  scientific institutes, and the USA Aid program to Eqypt have failed to transfer fish from Lake Nasser to Cairo.  While fish is 20 cents / Kg at Lake Nasser, the price is $12 / Kg in Cairo.  Attempted transport of refrigerated or on-ice fish on train by American Aid funds has failed too.

   With Dr. Zeineh’s technology and his live-fish carrier, the fish is bought at Lake Nasser for 20 cents / Kg, transported to Cairo at 80 cents /Kg and sold in Cairo for $2 / Kg  instead of $12 / Kg.     

    This mass transport system is commercially viable and profitable.  This new independent live- fish business grows fast on its own and fish becomes more affordable to the average Egyptian consumer.

Healthy sea food, ( No mad cow nor avian flu ): 

    In addtition to fish abundance, seafood is as nutritious as chicken and animal meat.  With bird flu and mad cow disease around the corner, fish is safer to eat while equally nutrient, healthy, and can become much more affordable.  Also, live fish has much less chances to carry hazardous viruses or germs than that of dead fish on ice. Furthermore, live animal and chicken can not be available in food stores except as dead meat with the hazard of being infected while live lobsters and live fish can be in regular food stores.

 

Further advantages of live fish:

   Only dead fish smells. With good care and cleaning, house pet fish, 1 part fish in 1,000 parts water, remains alive for years with no smell.  Thus there can be a system for market water tanks that rids the  fish from the unwanted bad smell, a feature that  shoppers and children can enjoy viewing odorless fish swimming in transparent market water tanks.

 

 

Foaming technique of proteins and peptides to remove poison from crowded fish tanks:

   Under various names, foaming technique is now used to keep the fish alive for supplying fancy restaurants and hotels in Chicago, Tokyo, and Dubai.  The equipment is bulky, 1.5 meter diameter and 9 meters high. This equipment does not fit in a big or in a small fishing boat.  Dr. Z has just compressed the device to 30cm x 20cm x 20cm size that can fit in a small or large boat for removing fish poisons from the water the fish is swimming in.

  Till now un-crowded live fish in commercial regular market water tanks in 1,000 folds of fish weight of aerated water tanks remains alive only for 2 weeks.  Fish produce their own poison through urine, feces, skin respiration, skin shedding, gills breathing byproducts, and other unknown pollutants that kill them in two weeks. On the other hand, equally un-crowded pet fish in house fish tanks with much better care, the pet fish remains alive for years. Thus with efficient foaming out poisons or an equivalent system, fish can stay alive in market for extended months.    

   In crowded fish barrel of 1 part fish in equal part of water, the foaming technique for proteins was used to remove own fish-produced poisons.  In this experiment, the fish remained alive for 60 days when the experiment ended.  Foaming  250 pound of crowded live fish in a boat kept the fish alive for two days during a 160 miles sea trip from Laguna Beach, California to San Diego & back.
