FAQ (1.
General, 2. Airplanes, 3. Vehicles, 4. Sea-craft)
1. General:
1.1 Does the inventor have other patents in use?
Yes. Seven US patents. One is the Laser Scanner that reads DNA ID
fingerprint used in science and in the legal system for identification of
people.
1.2 Can we call this airplanes device a "Terrorism Deflector or
Blocker" ?
Yes. The airplane fitted with the device is deflected from crashing into
ground targets. It prevents 9/11 attacks.
1.3 Does the device take control from the pilot at any second?
No. The authorized pilot remains in full control of the plane all the
time. If the plane is about to crash into a building and simultaneously
the person in the pilot's seat is a hijacker the device autodiverts the
plane away from target. A hijacker pilot on the pilot's seat is
automatically recognized by a change in voice or in weight, or by a crew member who pushes a timed
sequence of two separate switches in the plane, the device diverts the plane
from target. Logical or not, if the airlines choose to let the authorized
pilot to crash, then the device can be set so.
1.4 Is your technology unique to allow patent protection?
Yes. The first response from the patent office reveals uniqueness and
shows a clear basis for approving AAE patent application. Preliminary
approval was received.
1.5 Do you accept licensing, investment, partnership, or joint venture?
Yes.
2. Airplanes:
2.1. What is the device and what does it do?
The device is a small 3D IR imager hidden on the airplane. It recognizes
danger in line with flight direction by reading the skylines of high-rise
buildings, domes of atomic reactors, a bridge or a dam, and special
landmarks such as stadiums, malls, and The White House. The device diverts
hijacked or captured planes from crashing into potential targets.
2.2. Does the device have night and day light vision?
Yes. The device operates through either night or day.
2.3. Why is AAE’s Safer Skies device crucial for national security?
The device on a plane prevents any 9/11 terrorist attack using a plane as a
bomb or as a deadly rocket. The device diverts the plane away from ground
targets by pulling the tail rudder to the left or through the autopilot.
2.4. Does the device protect American Homeland only?
No. It protects landmarks of all nationalities and religions worldwide:
It protects the holiest of sites including the Islamic Mosque Al Kaaba in
Saudi Arabia, The Vatican, The Wailing Wall, Tajmahal, The Bahaii Temple,
The White House, The British Downing, The Kremlin, The Israeli Parliament,
Saudi buildings, Palaces, gated communities or any site considered a
potential target..
2.5. Can the terrorist jam the device and perform a 9/11 attack?
Only if the terrorist knew or had knowledge of the 3D IR imaging
technology. This is why we will make project secrecy and confidentiality the
highest priority at every level. For example, relative to someone like Osama
Bin Laden who is smart, rich, and may access the spying market among
government officials we want to work with the U.S. Government to further
secure such technology from any such terrorist influence or infiltration. To
date only the AAE alone has access to the technology. NASA in their interest
in the technology failed to sign confidentiality agreement so AAE did not
disclose the technology. The only way this technology will be effective
worldwide is if the confidentiality is maintained at every level.
2.6. What is AAE’s strategy to reach Aviation or Security agencies?
AAE is trying to connect first and foremost with the U.S. office of
Homeland Security, Mr. Tom Ridge, Mr. Norman Mineta, or President Bush to
present details and to fully convince them that the technology is effective,
fail-safe, adds no risk to the plane or passengers and is innovative
technology that is unlike no other in existence. The objective is to also
show the technology as a very strong long-term and profitable technology
that will revolutionize avionic safety in light of terrorism worldwide. This
technology could be sold, serviced, upgraded and developed for years to
come.
2.7. Is the technology unique allowing patent protection?
The technology is unique for the patent to be granted and to be
protected. Patent continuity and extensions are already in place and are
secure.
2.8. How do you know that other inventors, businesses or governments do
not have the same technology?
We have a positive response from the patent office and have concluded
major international market research in order to determine this. To date
there exists no such technology patented either in the U.S. or abroad.
2.9. How do you safeguard the technology from Spies?
AAE advises the authority to keep the technology classified at every
level necessary in order to secure the objective of the technology. No
information will be disclosed without proper authorization.
2.10. The officials will ask for full disclosure of the technology. Can
you still protect the technology from spying?
Many people take Aspirin for pain but there is no single scientist who
understands how the Aspirin works. So we will ask for comprehensive
testing of the device on experimental aircraft and provide the authority
with the device without disclosing the technology unless the principals of
AAE decide it is the right time to do so, or if a satisfactory agreement is
put in place between the AAE and an approved partner.
2.11. Why did you show the videotape of a car demonstration?
People hesitate to ride in experimental airplane due to obvious risks
however riding or driving a car demonstrator is not as scary. Failure or
none-failure of the device brings no additional risk. We videotaped car as
well as an ultra light plane. Our main interest is preventing 9/11 attacks
via aircraft however the technology can be applied to almost any mode of
transportation.
2.12. Can the device be independent of the plane’s avionics?
Yes. It can be independent or integrated with avionics on the plane.
2.13. Do you have an alternative strategy to reach the authorities or
demonstrate the technology?
AAE is planning a week of car demonstrations in Washington D.C. if
permitted by the proper authorities. The public, reporters, elected
officials, and dignitaries will be invited to drive the demo car to The
White House, The Pentagon, or to Washington Monument. The device will kill
the engine at the safety perimeter.
2.14. There are thousands of companies who would like to meet with Mr.
Tom Ridge. What makes AAE device worthy of special attention by Mr. Ridge?
AAE is the only company who has a fully integrated fail-safe
device that prevents terrorist from future 9/11 attacks. This is why other
countries and parties have shown immediate interest in our technology.
2.15. Does Mr. Tom Ridge have time for you?
Sec Ridge himself hand wrote a thank you note to AAE from The White House
in response to a recent inquiry. The AAE has also received much attention so
far everywhere from Senators, a Governor, a retired Air Force General, and
others so we are confident that Sec. Ridge will have time for our interest.
2.16. Are you aiming too high in your strategy?
No. President Bush started a war on terrorism in order to protect
Americans. For the sake of Homeland Security we hope he will consider the
AAE technology in order to gain a unique technology that could in effect be
a key instrument necessary for the war on terrorism that could in turn be
offered to the world by the U.S. This technology is the first wave of
technology that will save millions of lives around the world and be a key
ingredient in the fight against terrorists and hijackers worldwide.
2.17. How do you convince a government official that AAE claims are real?
AAE uses the Aspirin Analogy: While not a single scientist understands
how Aspirin relieves pain, everyone uses Aspirin. The test evidence, reports
and documented proof within the presentation of the device is proof enough
for any witness to such information.
2.18. Any other convincing approach?
We have developed documented and video taped evidence. A demonstrator
device was fitted to a car for the officials to test drive. As the car
reached the perimeter of a landmark the engine is safely killed. For the
airplane, the device diverted an
Ultra
Lite plane from a ground target. AAE is able to
provide the device for testing on experimental airplanes or on ultra light
airplanes (which is not subject to FAA regulations).
2.19. What is AAE’s alternative strategy if any?
AAE will make a strategic alliance with a company or a country of enough
clout to make the technology available in order for it to make a difference
in the safety of our skies. Naturally our first priority is to reach an
agreement with the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
2.20. What if the U.S. Government does not sign a confidentiality
agreement with AAE?
This would undermine the purpose of the technology. Naturally it is our
assumption that the U.S. Government would understand this and thus respect
the confidentiality of the technology.
2.21. Does AAE have another alternative strategy?
Yes. This technology is far too important to the world for us not to have
other venues to approach. In fact there are a few major parties currently
awaiting our decisions.
2.22. Have you considered contacting NASA?
NASA actually approached AAE but the NASA Director did not want to sign a
confidentiality agreement. So the communications were halted.
2.23. Could the device prevent a foreign sleeper from hitting the NYC
atomic reactor with its cargo or passenger’s plane?
Yes. The device on cargo or foreign planes prevents 9/11 attacks on NYC
atomic reactors
and on any of the 103 unprotected atomic reactors in the United States.
2.24. What is the impact of an attack on NYC atomic reactor?
The impact would result in the radioactive mass killing of millions
within few weeks and NYC would become un-inhabitable for 20 years, a
disaster similar to that of Chernobyl in Russia.
2.25. Can the device protect Capitol Hill, the White House, the Pentagon
and other federal buildings from aircrafts that are taking off or landing at
nearby Reagan Airport?
Yes. An ultra light aircraft test within Washington D.C. could be
provided.
2.26. Does the device protect shopping malls and low-rise targets?
Yes.
2.27. Has the device been thoroughly researched and tested?
Yes. All FAA declared concerns have been addressed. The device is now
ready for installation in the 6,800 domestic passengers’ fleet.
2.28. Does the device prevent midair collision?
Yes.
2.29. Is AAE claiming too much?
No. In fact, the technology has many more applications and ability over
and above what has been prefaced within this FAQ.
2.30: Can a hijacked landing plane be steered to dive into a building
before it reaches the runway?
No. As the device recognizes any specified surface or runway, the device
prevents a sharp nosedive unless permitted by ground control..
2.31: Is the device compliant with FAA regulations?
Yes. The device is fully compliant with all declared FAA-NASA
regulations.
2.32. Has AAE’s device received certification from the Federal Aviation
Administration (FAA)?
Not yet. The device was legally tested, and proven to be 100% effective,
however both NASA and FAA said the device is too good to be true.
Theircomplaint is: " why companies like DuPont, GE, or the 40,000
Government scientists have not invented such a device." Naturally they’ve
all forgotten that HP, MAC, and Microsoft were invented in the basement of a
small company. AAE has the verifiable evidence as to the ability of our
technology, it’s now a matter of working with the right party to apply the
technology to the right application.
2.33. Why doesn’t AAE apply for certification?
AAE will do that upon getting a strategic partner of clout to join AAE
within this project. We have everything necessary in place in order to move
forward on our end.
2.34. Can the technology be used for other purposes?
Yes. We have four other patent pending applications for aviation but our
current focus is on counter terrorism to prevent future 9/11 attacks.
2.35. Is the pilot in full control of his plane all the time?
Yes. If the hijackers take control of the plane and take aim at a ground
target, the device takes over control from the hijacker (not from the pilot)
for a period of 2-4 seconds to veer away the plane from danger. The device
does not take control from the pilot..
2.36. What happens if the device is sabotaged?
This is almost impossible. However if this occurs the device senses the
change and alerts the airlines prior to take off. In flight it is impossible
to happen because the device is hidden in the tip of the wings.
3. Vehicles: Trucks & cars
3.1. How can the device prevent a truck loaded with a fertilizer bomb
from hitting the White House?
The engine of a truck or vehicle that is fitted with the device is
stopped at the perimeter unless the security transmits a permit code.
3.2. Does the device on a vehicle protect all national landmarks?
Yes. The device recognizes and protects all national and public
landmarks. Vehicles are permitted inside the perimeter by remote permission
from the security inside the landmark.
3.3. Does the device installed on a vehicle protect gated communities?
Yes. The vehicle does not enter the gate nor hit its surrounding walls or
fences. American personnel living in gated housings such as Khobar in Saudi
Arabia are protected.
3.4. Are there other products similar to AAE’s Safer Skies device?
No.
3.5. Does the device on a vehicle protect palaces and private buildings
from suicide bombing?
Yes.
4: Sea Crafts & boats:
4.1: What does the device do for boats or waterways?
The device will protect any watercraft such as destroyers (U.S.S. Cole),
airplane carriers, gunboats, oil tankers, tourist cruise ships, as well as
coastal facilities or ports such as Pearl Harbor from suicide attacks.
4.2. Does the device protect against mining of moving sea vessels?
Yes. The device alerts the authorities or security of approaching
potential danger.
4.3. Can the device be hidden from the boat owner?
Yes.
