1.   Missile deflector I, a patent pending system liked very much by Assistant Secretary and Senior Director of Science & Technology in the Department of Homeland Security, Washington DC,  Dr. Parney Albright.  On Sept. 2, 2003, at his office Dr. Albright stated to us:  “ I like this very much. Please send me the white paper ”.   Because of its small size, AAE was disqualified from the Counter MANPADS bidding system.  As a result AAE seeks to team up with a qualified corporation, Defense, or Army agency for licensing, joint venture, or selling the technology.

This IR Infra Red onboard deflector I on civilian planes or helicopters diverts the shoulder-fired heat-seeking missiles away from the plane’s engine.  This IR source has a wavelenths profile identical to that of the airplane engine but much brighter.  This source becomes a decoy towed 100-200 feet behind the plane during altitude span of 100-20,000 feet during landing or taking off. This deflector is most reliable, immune to missile upgrades, fast to implement ( 2 months instead of 3-4 years), and inexpensive of less than $365,000 instead of $1-3 millions per plane. The two-steps military defense system, radar detector - hot flares has recently failed on 5 helicopters in Iraq. Because of ground level electronic noise, the Radar detection delay of 3 seconds from firing allows the 1,500 mph missile to down the low flying aircraft before any decoy flares are dispensed.  By using no radar detector,  our Deflector I is always at the ready and deflects the incoming shoulder-fired heat-seeking missile away from target and without detonation. Please click on http://www.saferplane.com   then on technologies button.

2.   Anti 9/11 devicea preliminary  patent approval was received.  Alone on the plane, this device will safely divert the hijacked plane from slamming into any ground target.

This device recognizes targets, and safely diverts the hijacked plane away from it. The pilot is always in control but not the hijacker(s).  The device was tested on Oct. 17, 2003 by Channel 12 TV News Jackson Mississippi, At Home, click on Vandemo, truck demo, and airplane demo. The device can be demonstrated on a car or on airplane. Please visit http://www.saferplane.com. Cost for the initial hardware and software is $300 per plane. Suggested end user price and service is $3,000 / plane / month.

3.   Black box adaptera patent pending black box attachment for immediate finding  of the crashed plane for on-site medical emergency help and for immediate data recovery regardless of the crash site in deep sea, snow, mountain, building, or high heat fire.

Data from the black box is analyzed to determine the causes of crashing for subsequent preventive ground maintenance to prevent future similar crashes. Initial hardware software cost is $275 per plane..  Suggested end user lease is $300 / plane / month.

4.  37% Increased Range Cannon Shell: No change in cannon itself. Field upgrade cost is $12 material cost to upgrade. Patent pending.  For Licensing, 6% royalty

5.  Smart Rocket to Accurately Hit a Target at 9,000 Miles Away Within 60 minutes: For Licensing. New rocket engine, not air breathing.  Solid state fuel. Bigger thrust. Fuel cost seriously cut down.

6.  Airplane Wheel Adapter: To save $1 million / year / plane by reducing touchdown tire wear. Upon dropping the landing gear, the wheels spin at same direction and speed as that of the plane so the landing is soft with no screeching or tire wear.

7.  Live-Fish Mass-Transport-Carrier: For License or Joint Venture. 5 times
cheaper than transporting fish on ice. The Fish Remains Alive swimming & fresh
at Market.
Real demonstration is available in any country.
40% commission + managerial appointment

8.  Satellite Launcher: To lift satellites to orbit level. Guidance not  included.  6% royalty.
